Innovative Fermentation

A good broiler is made immediately after hatching!

"A good broiler is made immediately after hatching!"
In nature, a chick comes into contact with the hen and the environment immediately after hatching. This way, the young chick is "inoculated" with bacteria. Ingesting bacteria is crucial for good gastrointestinal health, which in turn fosters immunity and efficient digestion of food.In modern systems, however, there's no contact with the hen or the environment (sand, grass, etc.). So how do we ensure that the young chick receives the beneficial bacteria as quickly as possible? And not forgetting that traditional hatchery systems are such that the chick doesn't eat any food at all for the first 24 to possibly 36 hours. And then they're placed in a barn where feed and water are strictly separated... We can't really make things any more difficult for the chicks than we are.
Dr.FERM thinks "out of the box". Why don't we ensure that the young chicks recieves loads of beneficial bacteria? That makes much more sense, and that's how "Mother Nature" intended it. After all, why young chicks in nature eat manure from the hens and sand? Correct, to be inoculated with bacteria!
Fermentation is the perfect technology to produce high numbers of positive lactic acid bacteria and the metabolites produced during fermentation (the so-called postbiotics). Dr.FERM developed a simple and reliable fermentation concept that takes care of your broilers. Our experiences and data show that feed hygiene / quality is better maintained and the number of unwanted microbes like Escherichia Coli and Clostridia Perfringens in the manure are strongly reduced. With this concept, we create the basis for a more stable and better functioning intestine of the broilers. Contact us to get more detailled information.
The concept is usable for all broilers farms: large farms, small farms, organic farms, slow-growing birds, conventional birds. The farmer produces with minimum labor (5 minutes) his/her own powerful liquid ferment (DF MaxPro for large quantities, DF ChickCare for small quanties). This liquid ferment is very easy applicable: via pump + nozzle. Low investment, low costs, very effective.
