Dr.FERM has an unique fermentation concept for fermentation of protein-rich raw materials. Soybean meal, raw fullfat soybeans, peas, and beans can be used in this concept. Big advantage: besides heat-labile, also the heat-stable ANF's are degraded by fermentation! The use of both bacterias as well enzymes, in combination with technology parameters contributes to this unique process. Fermented soy: low ANF's, low pH, high lactid acid.
